Meet the presenter:
Linda Landis is the VP Compliance/BSA Officer for Kinecta Federal Credit Union, a large credit union in Southern California. She implemented and actively manages their compliance program which entails compliance oversight for Kinecta’s compliance program which encompasses, fair lending, a wide variety of products and services, mortgage and consumer lending and Nix Financial Services.
Prior to Kinecta, Linda worked for the California & Nevada Credit Union Leagues in their Education and Training Department and Research and Information Department for almost nine years. She has earned CUNA’s designations of Credit Union Development Educator and Credit Union Compliance Expert in addition to NAFCU’s National Certified Compliance Officer designation. Linda holds her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development and her Masters of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of LaVerne. She is also a graduate of Western CUNA Management School.
