How to Delegate
Talent Risk is a significant issue faced by most credit unions today, but many are unaware of it. Without effective team members, your staff will not have the knowledge and skills internally to execute your strategic plan or protect your institution.
A proven way of growing your institutional knowledge base is to grow your people organically, and one of the best ways to do this is through delegation. In this webinar we will teach you how to delegate in a manner that creates accountability, trains functional and independent subordinates, and builds better teams.
