Meet the presenters:
Gregory Schwartz, CPA, CMA, is a partner in the Financial Institution Credit Union Group of CliftonLarsonAllen. Greg has been auditing credit unions for 25 years and his areas of expertise include audit and supervisory committee agreed-upon procedure engagements, GAAP and GAAS issues related to credit unions, supervisory committee issues, and review and evaluation of internal audit functions.
Tom Danielson, CPA is a partner in the firm’s financial institutions group, specializing in banking matters. He began his accounting career with CliftonLarsonAllen in 1982 and became a principal in 1991. For over 25 years, Tom has provided audit, tax and consulting services for community bankers. From 1997 until 2008, Tom was a successful self-employed CPA, concentrating on serving community banks. He rejoined CliftonLarsonAllen in 2008.
