eTrain: Mobile Marketing is More Than a Text Message
When you hear the term “mobile marketing,” what do you think of?
Most people seem to equate mobile marketing with text messaging. While that is certainly one component of mobile marketing, there is more to it than that—much more. Although mobile marketing is still evolving, there are many facets to its use.
In this program, award-winning credit union marketing expert Mark Arnold will discuss some of those possibilities, including:
- Technology strategies and trends
- Emerging technologies
- Location-based targeting (geolocation)
- Mobile websites
- Mobile phone apps
- Benefits and best practices
- Implementation tactics
Studies show that mobile marketing is the fastest, cheapest, easiest, and most effective way to connect with your members. Clearly, credit unions will have to adopt some type of mobile marketing strategy to stay competitive in the financial service arena.
