eTrain: Cross Selling Your Deposit Services

Cross-selling is critical in today's business environment to increase wallet share, improve retention, and increase profit base. As many credit unions know, there is much research on the stickiness of a member with multiple products with the credit union. 

This webinar will discuss the following questions:

  • How do we increase deposits to offset attrition?
  • How do we maximize our existing memberships?
  • How do we manage our accounts in an environment of fee regulations and controls?

Meet the presenter, Brandi Stankovic: Dr. Brandi Stankovic is a dynamic and results-driven executive with 15 years of experience in providing solutions for clients nationwide, including award-winning education, strategic planning, business development and philanthropy. She specializes in creating a customized and personal experience with each of her clients while maintaining contemporary vision and design. Her passion for education and outreach is reflected in her work.

Brandi was the founder and President of BLS Consulting, an executive consulting firm specializing in education and event planning. BLS was founded to provide strategic consulting while utilizing innovate methods of service delivery, including marketing, planning, communication, educational initiatives and sales and facility management. She has traveled nationally and internationally delivering consulting services, training, and event planning services. BLS Consulting was a partner of MSA, and in 2011, the two organizations combined efforts. Prior to BLS, Brandi worked as the Vice President of Marketing and Administration for Ventura County Credit Union, $500m southern Californian credit union, as well as the Director of Education at Harland Educational Services for over 9 years.

Brandi is an avid volunteer. She is a Credit Union Development Educator (DE) and the volunteer manager at Aid for Aids Nevada. She is also a member of the World Council of Credit Union's Global Women's Leadership Network and the United Way's Women's Leadership Council. Brandi was also recently named to the Credit Union for Kids, Young Leaders for Kids Board.

Brandi is a professor of business at the College of Southern Nevada and is certified in teaching English as a foreign language. She is a proud member of the Nevada Wolfpack as she received her undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from University of Nevada. She earned her MBA at USD and her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University.
