Rick Menton is the president of Menton Consulting, Inc., Tulsa, Oklahoma. Additionally, he has worked as a marketing executive, lender, and collector for credit unions and consumer finance companies.

Rick has made presentations in 49 states for state credit union trade associations and credit unions.
