Meet the presenter, Mark Arnold:
Mark Arnold, CCUE, is an acclaimed speaker, brand expert, and strategic planner. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, his breadth of knowledge covers areas such as marketing, business development, human resources, training, and sales. He is also president of On the Mark Strategies, a consulting firm that helps “mark organizations for success” by partnering with them to help achieve their desired strategic goals through strategic planning, brand planning, leadership/management training, marketing planning, and staff training.
Before founding On the Mark Strategies, Mark served as senior vice president for Neighborhood Credit Union in Dallas, TX where he oversaw and planned strategies for multiple departments. He has also worked as communications manager for the Texas Credit Union League (TCUL) and in several positions at Community Credit Union. Mark is the author of multiple books, including Think Huge: Elevating Your Life and Your Business, My Best Service Ever and Marketing Across the Generations: Gen. X. Mark is also a contributing author for the Credit Union National Association’s Environmental Scan.
