About the Presenter:
As Director of Compliance Services and Development Chris oversees PolicyWorks' partnership with the California, Nevada and Ohio Credit Union Leagues. He oversees the compliance services for League partners beginning June 1 including compliance inquiries and tracking and informing credit unions of regulatory changes. Chris provides a comprehensive resource of federal credit union regulations and offers training and education services to credit union professionals.
Chris has over 14 years of compliance experience and has been working in the credit union movement for over 30 years. Chris previously worked as Manager of Research & Compliance as well as Senior Regulatory and Legislative Analyst for the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues. Chris brings extensive knowledge of laws and regulations affecting credit unions' compliance and operations. Chris most recently held the position of Vice President of Compliance and ERM at a large credit union in California where he was responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the credit union's compliance program, encompassing BSA/AML, consumer protection laws and regulations, vendor management and fraud investigation.
